2011 Spring River Cleanup

Come volunteer for the annual Spring River Cleanup taking place at almost 50 sites throughout the Greater Milwaukee area!

MILWAUKEE RIVERKEEPER is currently seeking volunteers for the Spring River Cleanup held on Saturday, April 16th from 9am - Noon at river parkways throughout the Greater Milwaukee area.

A river cleanup is pretty straight-forward. Bags and gloves are provided and we just need YOU to come and pick up trash, litter, and the random assortment of bizarre garbage that makes its way to our beautiful river system.

TRASH BASH - 12:30PM - 3:00PM, Milwaukee Ale House

After you're done digging a shopping cart out of a riverbank join us for the post-clean-up trash bash for food and drink! The party will go from 12:30-3pm. Milwaukee Ale House, 233 North Water St in the 3rd Ward.
