Keep nature at County Grounds

Eddee Daniel, Milwaukee Riverkeeper board member and author ofUrban Wilderness: Exploring a Metropolitan Watershed, penned an opinion article in the Journal Sentinel urging the county to protect the County Grounds in Wauwatosa.
The County Board hopes to sell a parcel of County Grounds land to UWM for the development of a new campus. Daniel disagrees, stating, "The County Grounds can be a jewel in the crown of parklands that make Milwaukee special."
